When we think of hormone imbalances, we usually think of women being crazy before their period or as they’re going through menopause. However, men’s hormones get out of balance, too, and it’s one of the main causes of not sleeping well.

So for all the men out there, this is for you!

In this episode I’m going to explain the hormone imbalances that affect men and how to fix them so you can stop waking up at 3am. And I’ll tell you about my client John who was a big social drinker and how that affected his hormones and his sleep and how he was able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep all night in just a few months.
