Permission to ignore anyone telling you to "just wait" until your great sleeper is destroyed by a dreaded sleep regression. Why? I'm so glad you asked. Today I'll explain what sleep regressions actually are, the most common times in a baby and pre-toddlers life they may occur, why they seem to impact some babies so much more than others, and what you can do NOW to make it very unlikely they ever impact your babe.
