There is so much we can learn about how to move energy, feel connected, and feel like we belong here on Earth as sensitive beings. Today’s episode of The Soul Frequency is all about healing our bodies, minds, and traumas through movement.

So, who better to learn from than the wonderful Judith Blackstone? Judith is the founder of The Realization Process, a method of embodied, psychological, and relational healing. The Realization Process uses nondual spiritual awakening and includes practices for stabilizing and healing from trauma. Judith is an author who teaches workshops and teacher certificate training worldwide. Before her current work, she was a psychotherapist for 35 years and, before that, a professional dancer.

In this conversation, we discuss Judith’s background and how she was inspired to write The Realization Process. We then deep-dive into our bodies and movement and how they can manifest in our traumas. We learn about relational trauma and how we can find community in our perceptions of the world. Lastly, we discuss body restrictions, our parents’ impact on our bodies, and how important movement is for healing.

I hope you find something in today’s episode and it inspires you to release some tension in your body. I’ll see you here next week.
