I am beyond-the-beyond to share the work and story of my beloved friend and fellow wisecracker, licensed professional counselor, certified rehab counselor, spiritual practitioner and absolutely fabulous to boot, Tom Bob Nedderman.
Tom Bob and I talk about everything from internalized shame and practicing healthy boundaries to why the therapy is sacred and how being vulnerable (and fabulous) is the real flex.
He shares how before he was helping people navigate trauma, addiction, shame, relationships, and spiritual BS, he was healing his own hot mess and shares his story of how he went from struggling with addiction and spending time in prison, to transforming his life and using his lived experience to help others heal.
