Emily is a licensed Physical Therapist and is the Director of the Corporate Wellness program at Veritas Wellness. She also is a Wellness Navigator for Veritas.

Emily is the Movement expert. Recent studies have concluded that sitting is the new smoking – it can be that harmful to your body.
