In this episode of the Team Forces Podcast, we meet Jonny Huntington - former Army officer, cross-country skier, and record-setting South Pole explorer. After suffering a life-altering brain injury just eight weeks after commissioning, Jonny was left with significant physical disabilities and faced immense psychological challenges.

Refusing to accept defeat, Jonny forged a new path through adaptive sport and expeditionary endurance, becoming the first disabled person to complete a solo, unsupported expedition to the South Pole. He discusses resilience, mental health, and the incredible mindset needed to triumph over adversity - on and off the ice!
