Powerlifting and mountaineering are on two opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to training. One is a pure strength-based sport. The other is a predominantly endurance-based sport. And for many, the thought of training for both of these things is a bit farfetched... But the fact is, many people out there have a passion for powerlifting but also want to be training for the mountains.
