Have you been going, going, going so hard on your business - and then taking care of the kids - that you're neglecting yourself?
Forgetting that you have needs, too, and ignoring the very basic food and shower and sleep priorities that keep you running?
Sometimes we just get so caught up in one more work project, and "oh, the kids need this," and "I don't have time to do that" that we think it's no big deal to skip our own breakfast, do it again for our lunch (just eat the kids' leftovers, if there are any), and spend the supper hour rushing around to making sure everyone ELSE’S needs are met.
This has to stop.
You'll never run on all cylinders as a business owner if you keep letting yourself get to the fumes level on your OWN nutrition, your OWN hygiene, and your OWN sleep.
