Joining me is a very dear friend of mine, Sophie Beresford!

Sophie is the founder of Like I Care, which over time has grown into a successful blog, event, podcast and so much more! She joins me for a waffle about all things self-care, self-awareness, and how setting boundaries has helped shape the woman she is today!
