Let’s face it, anger is a potent emotion. It’s also an emotion that our society tends to avoid and frown upon — especially in women — which means many of us have learned that it’s safer to hide or avoid things like anger and resentment rather than address those emotions head-on. However, there’s nothing actually wrong with anger (or any other so-called “negative” emotion). In fact, I believe that emotions like anger and resentment are indicators — signs that there are issues that need to be addressed — which is why I think it’s important to talk about how we can cope with these emotions when they arise.

As someone who has been struggling with anger and resentment in my own life, I wanted to take a moment to address these feelings in this week's episode of The Wildest Podcast.
