For anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issues, it can be hard (if not impossible) to stay creative — or even productive — during those times. Not everyone has the ability to take time off, which means sometimes we're left to push through and find ways to stay creative even when we're feeling at our worst.
