If you are in the real estate space and you are looking to generate more listings... here's is a "For Sale By Owner" group training call I did with Scott Ziegler who at the time was an agent with Remax and now with eXp Realty.
This is a great overview of the FSBO process of generating and converting those folks looking to try to sell their homes on their own.
Keep in mind that when you put in the work, you can easily convert one (1) by owner a month into a listing and that will equal, at a bare minimum & depending on your price points, $50,000 to $250,000 in additional gross income...again, only 1 (one) a month!
