Trump threatens "severe consequences" if Putin doesn't end war

US President Donald Trump said he'd like to organise a second meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin if the first one on Friday goes well, adding that a second meeting would include Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
