I threw out the invitation, and in those questions came. Over the next few weeks, l'll record and post a few of these eps where l'm exploring different topics, ideas and questions sent in by you; our trusty and loyal TYP’ers. In this ep I explore training with dodgy knees, backs and general old-person injuries and issues, being motivated but not disciplined, the potential danger of being too hyper-focused on analysing and re-inventing every aspect of our lives, how I maintain high (ish) intensity training while minimising risk, where to start when you're trying to get your sh** together with your food and lots more.
