When we're in the middle of stress, anxiety, pressure and all the mental and emotional mayhem that comes with it, sometimes it feels like we re going to die. But according to Dr. Rebecca Heiss, we can actually use stress and fear to improve our lives. We can build a different relationship with it and use it as a positive, a tool for change and even, as a teacher. In her new book, 'SPRINGBOARD: Transform Stress to Work For You', the self-proclaimed "PR agent for stress" challenges conventional wisdom: to frame stress, not as an enemy, but as a co-creator for a meaningful life. This was fun, as was Rebecca.
