Old friends help us welcome the New Year! Sweden's Yoyo xno return with music from their new album, 'House of the Setting Sun,' just relesed New Years' Day! Yoyo xno is a duo that writes and records fun pop/rock with subtle messages woven into catchy lyrics and ear-bug melodies. This new album is no exception! And, we introduce a newcomer to TheDavidBowersAwards, Taydem Shoesmith. Taydem, who is known for her acting in films (It Came From Somewhere, Blood Sisters, Room 108: The Clearing), has started writing and producing music. Not afraid to cross genres, her new single, "Are You Clapping" is a contagious electro-pop anthem to indiviuality and believing in yourself.
