  • I walk us through the macro level reasons personally and for our field to get beyond conditioning with these questions, as well as the micro-level moment-to-moment ways to use these questions to get beyond habits and disruptions so we stay on track with our goals
  • Question 1. With this decision, am I moving closer (or further away from) who I want to be?
  • This question open up the identity level of change and why that's so important
  • Question 2. What would love do?
  • This question can be applied in many ways including ethics and parenting which are two places where fear can masquerade as love
  • Question 3. What is ease and what is comfort?
  • This question points to an important distinction and our evolutionary preference to stay in our comfort zone, even if the long-term result is not what we desire and how ease differs from this short and long-term
  • Question 4. What's worth being uncomfortable for?
  • Question 5. What's worth being criticized for?
  • Questions 4 & 5 confront the difference between ego or not-self level fears/desires, and Being or Self level desires
  • I have a bonus tip about creating a soundtrack to shift your state when you face a choice point
