Andrew has been working professionally in writing for over a decade. He was the founder & editor of Cohesion, the first alternative zine at Grand Valley State University. While attending the University of Washington in Seattle, he was accepted to Sustainable Evolution Inc.’s business analyst apprenticeship program where he studied change management and knowledge sharing within organizations. Throughout the program, Andrew wrote about his experiences transitioning from being a full-time student to a full-time employee. He is the author of Age of Agility: The New Tools for Career Success, which is currently being used as a textbook in universities, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. 11:11 Press is a combination of his passion and purpose: writing, business, providing opportunities to artists, and fostering engagement in the arts. Andrew is currently the Director of Apprenticeship at Mechanical Systems Inc.
