One of the heaviest weights I carry is thee weight of silence. It is self imposed and tends to almost paralyze me. I've struggled with being overwhelmed while trying to maintain the outward appearance of being calm. Some chaos can't be calmed. Not for a lack of trying. I decided to be vocal, record while being vocal and put out that recording of being vocal.
