Social media...we love it, sometimes hate it, gotta have it but often want to escape it! Social media can have a big impact on our mental health so we wanted to have a conversation about this with Heidi Robey! Heidi is a mental health advocate and comedian who uses content creation on TikTok, IG, FB and Youtube to share humor as well as her own personal experiences with mental illness. **Trigger Warning- this episode does contain topics surrounding suicide
