I'm Benjamin Reese, your host.

I think what struck me most about the following conversation was how Gregg described the ways that people avoid the discomfort of spending time with themselves. Just how restless and uncomfortable we are with being human.

This resonated with me, as I imagine it will with you. Covid has forced people to spend more time with themselves and their thoughts, and in this conversation we discuss what a true encounter with oneself could mean for us as individuals and for us as part of a community.

This recording will contain Zoom artefacts as it was recorded during the stay-at-home orders in our state.
