Finally, the boys are all back behind their mics! Though it has been some time since they were all together, they pick right back up where they left off. After some banter and happy birthday wishes to Kyle, they turn to the topic of men leaving the ministry.

As Jim Davis and Michael Graham chronicle in their book The Great Dechurching, many congregations are bleeding members and closing in America. This phenomenon of the sheep leaving the folds is precipitated by the shepherd leaving them as well. As this article, “A shortage of shepherds,” explains in WORLD, ministers are either quitting their work or contemplating doing so.
