I had the pleasure of speaking with the wonderful Loretta Swit, Emmy-Winning M*A*S*H Actress Known for Playing Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan. I asked if she remembered that I was limo driver years ago? AND, I "accidently" left Loretta Swit at the Hollywood Bowl. After she paid me an extra $50 to stay put...I left.
Outside of acting, Swit was a painter and a vocal animal rights activist. In 2017, she released a book, Switheart: The Watercolour Artistry & Animal Activism of Loretta Swit, proceeds of which are donated to charities and organizations against animal cruelty. Swit passed away today at her home in NY of natural causes. She was 87. We lost a wonderful actress, but an even better person. RIP
We couldn't play this audio on-air cause its encoded or something and would make alrams go off. So here you go!
