Beyond her corporate role, Ariela serves as an adjunct professor at USC's Marshall School of Business, teaching multicultural and digital marketing, and is a senior consultant at the Inclusive Leaders Group. Her achievements include receiving the Luminary Award from the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communication and the Successful Latinas in Business Award.
