Renew Conference - March '23
In this episode, Scott is joined by Rick Harmoney and first-time guest, Matthew McNutt to talk about the Renew Conference held at Brandywine Valley Church in Wilmington, DE from March 3rd-March 4th, 2023. Matthew is the visionary and curator of the annual conference that draws 20 regional church youth groups together under one roof at his church.
On Friday, March 3rd we took a small team of Ripe artists to perform at Renew before piling back into the car to head to Ocean City Maryland for Breakaway Conference the same night.
The episode begins with Matthew introducing himself, sharing a bit of his story and history in youth ministry, and how he connected to our squad. Towards the end of the conversation, we hear some of the ways the concert impacted specific students who were in the room.
