The power of concentration has the capacity to change everything in this world. Aspirants face a lot of problems while concentrating on their studies. But, we need to know the reason behind the lack of concentration especially while studying. In most cases, it is the lack of interest in the subject matter. If you have an interest in anything your concentration level increases many folds. You can imagine how our concentration level increases when we are watching our favorite movie/web series.
Building concentration is possible only by building interest. Concentration refers to the engagement of our brain in a particular work, if you like the work you will not face any difficulty in concentrating. In this episode of my podcast, I will guide you toward finding ways to attain concentration while studying.
