Today we have Nikki Antonaccio on the pod.

Nikki is a Nutrition Psychology Coach and the founder of Best Version Yet.

I first met Nikki in Dubai and I just sensed such a unique energy from her. Very driven & bright.

But as with so many of the people we work with at TMP, that driven attitude can also bring the downside of burnout.

In Nikki’s words her life has really changed since working with us as she can still be a high performance person, but without the overwhelm.
