Kate Zanoni is a movement coach for outdoor athletes, specializing in injury reduction, rehabilitation, mobility, and strength training for return to sport. With more than a decade of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, she teaches sustainable habits to help you train for longevity so you can continue enjoying your favorite activities for years to come. She finds joy in connecting with nature and building community through a love for wild and beautiful places. Kate is also a writer and author. Her debut children’s book will be released in late 2025.
