Homework for this week: Rewriting Your "Not Enough" Story

  1. Identify one area where you often feel “not enough” (e.g., career, relationships).
  2. Write down the thoughts that come up when you think about this area. Example: "I’m not successful enough."
  3. Ask: Would I say this to my best friend? If not, why am I saying it to myself?
  4. Reframe it: What’s a more empowering belief? Example: "I am constantly growing, and my worth isn’t measured by external achievements."
  5. Take one action to reinforce this belief - something small that aligns with who you truly are.
  6. At the end of the week, reflect: Did shifting my inner dialogue change how I felt and acted?
