Ever gone blank in a meeting, felt your throat tighten during a presentation or avoided saying what you really wanted to? You're not alone, and it's rarely just about “public speaking.”

In this powerful conversation, speaking mentor Chris Murphy unpacks what’s really happening when fear takes over and why most advice doesn’t get to the root of it.

We explore:

  • Why “finding your voice” is less about technique and more about belief.
  • The invisible narratives that sabotage your confidence.
  • What really helps people shift, and it’s not fake-it-till-you-make-it.
  • Why the audience’s opinion feels so personal (and how to stop letting it control you).
  • How Chris overcame his own fear of being seen and learned to speak with presence

This re-release is for anyone who’s tired of holding back. If you've ever felt like your voice didn’t matter, let this be your reminder that it absolutely does.
