She's currently preparing for a monumental journey - setting a female world record by cycling solo and unsupported from Cape Town to Norway, covering 20,000 kilometres across three continents in just 73 days. Write your new belief down, say it out loud and remind yourself of it every day. Pick one small action you can take this week to reinforce your new belief.
