I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on in the traditional unceded, un-surrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.

Have you ever questioned yourself, wondering if you should be the leader? Have you ever wondered if you even wanted to be the leader?
Often, these questions get brushed aside in our minds, pushed out of the way in the busyness of life.
But eventually, these questions will have to be answered.

And so, in this episode, you’ll hear from Eric Bauberger, a Holistic Life Coach and Songwriter, Certified in the Mastery Method who will share his story, relaying how he answered these questions, and what he did with the answers. Eric will then offer advice to help emerging leaders answer their own questions, allowing them to be the utmost unconditional leaders possible.
