I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional unceded, un-surrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.

Transitions are natural. No matter where we are, no matter what we are doing, there will always be some kind of transition.

The challenge with being the leader is that you are expected to lead your team through these transitional moments, providing a guiding hand that eases the stress of the transition on the team members.

But how can we do this?
In this episode, you’ll hear from Andrea Singsaas, an executive coach, keynote speaker and owner of The Tyne Group, who will talk about how we as leaders can navigate ourselves and our team members through transitional moments.
