Eimear also delves into the realities of juggling a full-time teaching career with the rigorous demands of international rugby.

Eimear explores the setbacks she faced, including significant injuries like an ACL tear, and the extraordinary challenge of navigating the road to recovery whilst also becoming a mother. She shares her perspective on the support systems needed for female athletes returning to sport after pregnancy, and the changes she believes are necessary to create a more inclusive and understanding environment.
