The Donna Adelson trial just took a dramatic turn — and it wasn’t about forensic evidence or wiretaps. It was about family.
Donna’s defense team tried to subpoena her own daughter, Wendi Adelson, to testify on her behalf. But Wendi’s lawyers fought back hard, arguing that taking the stand could incriminate her. The judge agreed, and the subpoena was thrown out. That means Wendi will NOT be forced to testify for her mother.
