In this episode, we explore the inspiring journey of Randall, our online client based in Sacramento, US, who joined our online transformation program because he was fed up of forever trying to get in shape without any good results to show for it. He tried different training methods and diets only to find himself in a place where after dropping a few pounds he would regain the weight and feel frustrated again.
Randall works as a nurse in a hospital in a trauma department. For years he worked night shifts which meant that his energy and recovery were suboptimal and he had little time to balance family life and training on top.
After seeing the results of one of our online clients, Randall decided to book a call and sign up for the program.
