Today, we’re discussing the tragic murder of Austin Metcalf — a case that’s not just heartbreaking but deeply revealing of a larger cultural crisis we need to address head-on. I’ll be sharing my raw thoughts on what happened, and more importantly, having the uncomfortable (but necessary) conversation surrounding crime statistics in the black community.

If we’re ever going to see real change — fewer senseless killings, safer neighborhoods, and stronger families — then we have to stop tiptoeing around the truth. It’s time to talk about why these patterns keep repeating and what cultural shifts must happen to break the toxic and deadly cycle.

This isn’t about hate — it’s about accountability, truth, and the fight for life, stability, and genuine justice.
