David Forde is with us this week. For a bloke who has quit playing football countless times Forde managed to carve out a great career and cement himself as a Millwall legend. Forde has suffered with performance anxiety for large parts of his career and often found himself skipping training to travel to India to practice meditation to help him battle this and find a new form of focus.
