My intention for my interview-style sessions is to showcase to the listeners the impact coaching can have on our performance and, when done correctly, how it can unlock our true potential.

So, I wanted to bring real clients onto the show and have a conversation about their journey, experience, and results from coaching, as well as insights and wisdom my clients would like to share with listeners.

In this unique interview-style episode, I spoke with my client, Ian Proctor, founder of Digital Edge.
Ian shares his unique journey from starting Digital Edge with no clients to building a solid business with 7 staff members and becoming an expert in building Wix websites. This episode is loaded with insights for business leaders and entrepreneurs, and I had a good laugh recording it.

  • How Ian went from having no clients working in his conservatory to building a business that creates multiple 6 figures per year.
  • How Ian and his business partner Graham tried to get their first client, they wouldn't recommend you try this LOL.
  • Ian's golden rule in business is never settling and the drive he creates for himself and his team.
  • Ian shares the truth about the entrepreneurial journey and is honest about its highs and lows.
  • The No.1 principle forgotten by many business owners, and it's what can make the difference between success and failure.
  • Ian shares the impact my coaching has had on his life and business, and we discuss his four-year journey as a client/coach.
  • Why trying to force and push things is detrimental to achieving success.
  • We discuss the power of flow and being in a flow state.
  • Ian shares why coaching is critical for all people in business and gives his personal reasons as to why.
  • The 3 most important words I asked Ian and why everyone needs to be asked this from time to time.
