Dr. David Wrathall is an Associate Professor of Natural Hazards at Oregon State University’s College of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences. His research focuses on forms of human mobility and forced migration resulting from environmental problems. He draws from climate change adaptation, risk, resilience, and sustainability studies. In addition to climate change, he considers other destabilizing influences on development including drug trafficking and violent conflict.
