Creating Authentic Wedding Guest Experiences
- Butterflies are a great way to honor loved ones and celebrate a transformative moment in your life. Henry Fang from Paradise Monarchs shares some ways to incorporate butterflies into your wedding day.
- Honoring loved ones who have passed (in loving memory) - framed photos and candles, or a small framed photo attached to the bouquet or a suit, reserve a seat at the ceremony with a lei
- Use a loved ones garment/wedding dress or suit to either redesign something new for your wedding
- Framed 1001 cranes - STORY: Our couple used their parents framed cranes to honor them.
- WE LOVE: When a couple writes personal thank you notes to each guests, and also adds a photo of each guest
- Dedicate the bouquet, or show gratitude to the parents
- Plan for guest comfort - guest blankets, slippers, umbrellas/parasols, fans
- Food at all times, you don't want guests to leave hungry
- Incorporate local treats - shave ice, spam musubi
- Late night snacks are ALWAYS a good idea.
- At the end of the wedding, you want to honor loved ones who aren't there, and create an authentic guest experience for everyone else.
