Alright, let’s get into it, mom shaming! It’s the elephant in the PTA meeting, the side-eye at the playground, and the unsolicited comments from Karen on the playground, family, and social media trolls.

Whether it’s a snarky remark about screen time, judgment over your kid’s lunch (yes, mine eat Lunchables & McDonalds sometimes, and no, I don’t need your opinion), or the classic “working mom vs. stay-at-home mom” debate. Mom shaming is everywhere..and I'm here to say: we're f*cking over it!

In this episode, we’re breaking down the many faces of mom shaming and why it needs to stop. From the pressures of social media’s highlight reels to the impossible standards society sets for us, I’m sharing real stories and calling out the craziness of it all.

I’ll share how to shut it down with kindness, humor, FOAFO energy (google if you don't know what that means) or a well-placed boundary.

So grab your coffee (or wine, no judgment here), and let’s roll our eyes together at the BS, and then empower each other to do better.

Did I mention I was nominated for a CHEER CHOICE AWARD? I DID..and I need YOUR HELP!

VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE PHILLY MOM HEREEEE!
