A California appeals court allows President Trump to maintain control of the state's National Guard until a hearing can be held next week. Democratic Senator Alex Padilla of California was forcibly removed from a Homeland Security press conference in Los Angeles. And, the House has voted to reclaim money Congress had allocated for the public media system for the next two years.
