Hosting the the "Soweto Derby" in Durban benefitted KwaZulu-Natal's coffers to the tune of R93 million. According to the KZN premier, hospitality, tourism, and entertainment sectors benefitted the most with township traders also cashing in on the razzmatazz that the event generated.
