Jules Craig trained as an actor at Rose Bruford College and as a voice coach at Central School of Speech and Drama. She currently lives in (sunny !?) Brighton where she teaches "Voice to Actors" at several colleges. She performs regularly with various theatre companies including the Brighton Shakespeare Company in their summer outdoor productions.
In this podcast we discuss our years as jobbing actors and working in call centres and how drama and acting can be a great way to introduce mindfulness into your life.
