In today's America there are those who claim that, under the guise of "protecting" children, they should be gender transitioned. Some are so adamant about this that they believe it should be done away from the attention of parents, parents who refuse to be affirming of a gender identity that doesn't match the child's biological sex. He described this as, "...surgical mutilation of a child's genitals, this is double mastectomies on little girls, this is castration of little boys; this is horrific, irreversible surgery that will forever sterilize these children." Sadly, he also pointed out that government has a part in facilitating and encouraging this.
