Hailing from Switzerland, Ariane Lüthi is arguably the country's most prolific cross-country marathon racer. She's a 4-time Swiss XCM national champion and 5x Cape Epic Winner.
"You only really start to change things when you go into the deep stuff... You change when you have no other choice and when it's really painful. If you haven't changed something you weren't far enough in yet"
