This episode is a continuation off of episode 19 where Caitlin talked about Cycle Syncing your nutrition to each phase of your cycle.

Today, Meg is talking about considerations for working out when trying to conceive (pregnancy prep, etc) as well as considerations for the two week wait (ie the two weeks before ovulation and menstruation/positive pregnancy test).
