Have you ever had a career plan or lifestyle change all figured out, but then none of it happens the way you thought it would? Jason Macy-Moore was working in the hotel/restaurant/tourism field when a group of entrepreneurs sent him to Costa Rica to explore their new business opportunity. After one quick look, he knew it wasn't something he wanted to be a part of, but he did fall in love with the country. So, he packed his things and moved to Costa Rica to start his own venture instead, The Shack Restaurant & Bar.
