In Montreal, Québec, an exhibition called To All the Unnamed Women shines light on Black women of Montreal’s past. Peterborough’s poet laureate Ziysah von Bieberstein performs her poem, February, at the Peterborough City Council. And she uses her spoken word project to promote local indigenous artists. And The Screening Room will host Kingston’s inaugural Home Movie Day, exploring the theme of “transience.” Homemade movies hit the big screen.
